flavored with Parmesan! yum yum.
Each season has its pros and cons, but never when the summer ends people take sides: either pro or pro solleone falling leaves. Personally, I suffer the very hot summer the pressure drops below my heels, I sleep badly, and I take refuge in every nook of shadow that I find, because I burned easily. But when the summer comes to an end I'm sorry: I love the long days, afternoons outdoors when the sun beats weaker allowing me to enjoy the beach, its flavors and fragrances (watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, basil, mint that smells our garden ...). But I confess that I do not mind the fall at all, once past that second of melancholy in late summer. The morning clear and cool, that make you breathe clean air and sparkling, flaming sunsets, colorful leaves, found that an atmosphere of domestic intimacy. And even if we beat a cup of tea with biscuits (but we also appreciate a pastry or a slice of cake!), Perhaps with a little work of embroidery, sewing, knitting, crocheting ...... well-being, especially in the company! And then ... have you ever noticed how rich it is in the fall? No other season offers more generous variety of fruits of the earth: the last plants typical of the summer there are also the typical early autumn. And here we find the last fish on the table, the last tomatoes, eggplant and peppers (the more good then, why do not suffer from the dry summer, the sun kinder allowing them to mature more slowly to give the best of '), and I confess that my garden gives me a few cucumber, much more tasty than the summer, and then here come the first pumpkins (bbuuuoooneeee!), Williams pears (which I did tart with chocolate cream and cinnamon, decorating it with slices of juicy pear and it went like hot cakes so be unable to even take pictures!), fragrant apples that make you want to make a cake or a strudel, savory mushrooms and chestnuts, and finally ...
Well, I would say that we can cuddle great, finding solace while we put bikinis and sandals for next summer!
said that I salute you for a few days ... particularly challenging hours after a summer it's our turn, and Wednesday we leave for our holidays ... finally a break!
A hug e. .. Good Sunday!
