Every so you know, I do groped by the demon of vanity, which I can hardly resist. So I show you some of the gifts that I have prepared this year for my loved ones. Just one part, because I have not had time to photograph the rest ...
I prepared a pair of these slippers squashed, pattern Ratties Patties ( Believe fallen Santa ), to which I gave a somewhat 'less rustic than the original, using a plaid with metallic gold thread.
A garland that I would have said much more complicated to make, but the pattern is extremely simple and quick to sew and stuff, just a bit of patience by the horns, the rest is just quick quick. Tilda pattern, but in this case, the rustic feel of a nice squared burgundy on a beige background, and a calico Debbie Mumm for the inside of the ears have had the better of the delicate pastel tones of the typical Nordic style! a couple of strips of green and beige gingham checkered et voila.
Finally, and felt a blaze of sonaglioni: a sleepy big face of Santa Claus, but HUGE! Pattern "A World of Fantasy" for a big head about the size of 60 cm to 80 cm less than cm. Unfortunately, the photos taken at night with only artificial lighting do not make the most of the final effect, which I assure you it is of great impact.
For the mythical Parolin's Girls I tried to experiment with the first semi-serious painting of country, of which only a picture but I very very dark and difficult to read that you save. For the rest I made a cloth with a touch of appliqué Christmas-themed and cover under a tree decorated with more applications.
